From the outlook
1. Right click on mail box. Select open other folder > other user’s folder..
2. Select user from name’s list > OK.
From the OWA
1. Login in OWA with your username and password.
2. And open new Tab in Internet explorer.
3. Type mail.yourdomain.com/exchange/username only
